Each week, we want to put a spotlight on our emerging athletes that participate in state league and local competitions across Australia. We are so proud to support clients from a wide range of sports and competitions, so let’s take a moment to highlight just a few who had stellar performances over the weekend!

Highlights

31st of July - 2nd of August
In the WAFL, Frank Anderson (23 disposals, 3 tackles and 5 free kicks for) has been named in Swan Districts best players, as they lost to WAFL Reigning premiers Subiaco by 39 points.
 
Round 3 of AFL Sydney’s Premier Division has seen Sydney University (32.26 218) defeating UTS Australia (1.8 14), with Jake Bartholomaeus making it a back-to-back best on ground performance and adding 4 goals to their tally. Meanwhile in other scores around the league, Ryan Hebron’s North Shore Bombers, went on to win by 127 points, with Ryan kicking 3 goals.
 
Heading north in the QAFLW, Courtney Daniec has once again been named in Aspley’s best players despite being defeated by Yeronga South Brisbane. In the QAFL Colts competition, Ryan Pickering kicked a goal for Broadbeach who were defeated by 11 points. Whilst for Coolangatta Men’s Seniors, Corey Joyce has returned to his junior club and helped his side pull off a remarkable last half, where the side kicked 13 goals to 1 to defeat Tweed Coast. 
 
We are looking forward to seeing the Northern Academies back in action this weekend with Ryan Pickering, Tom Hofert, Rhys Nicholls and Aidan Fyfe all set to return for the Gold Coast Suns Academy.
