Ryan Kogelman
Managing Director
With an extensive background in Athlete Management and Sports Administration, Ryan has developed a large network across the world within the sporting industry. Ryan spent over 20 years in the AFL industry, through recruiting, administration and sports management. Ryan was the proud owner of RDK Sports Management, which included over 100 emerging and professional athletes prior to transitioning into RDK Sports International and its other business focusses.
By combining his passion for business growth, development and knowledge of the sporting industry, Ryan naturally found himself in Sports Consulting.
Ryan and the RDK Sports Consulting team have since completed a wide range of projects for schools, universities, sports clubs, businesses, government bodies and sporting organisations. Through his personable and hard-working nature, Ryan continues to bring strategic and long-term results for his clients.

Stephen Joyce
General Manager – Asia Pacific
Stephen has had over 18 years’ experience in Government, working across three different local government areas in two different states of Australia.
Most recently, Stephen has worked with the City of Gold Coast, delivering economic investment programs, supporting business development, and managing export and investment attraction within multiple industries, including sport and major events.
Stephen has a strong experience in building strategic relationships with national and international government and industry leaders, and has a background in business development and continuous development.

Lily Gray
Branding & Partnerships Manager
With a background in marketing, event management and brand development, Lily manages a diverse portfolio of clients, partners and events. Lily works collaboratively with businesses and organisations to deliver strategies and mechanisms to increase audience reach and awareness as well as produce high quality reports and collateral.
Lily has a keen eye for detail and design, ensuring that all work done for our clients is of the highest standard and aligns with their organisational requirements. Lily brings experience in event management and production, helping clients bring their event to fruition in both online and in-person formats.
With a strong focus on building prosperous and everlasting relationships, Lily is passionate about helping bring success for all of our partners.

Sam Coen
Business & Project Development Manager
Sam brings a wealth of experience and knowledge in sport and business and is well respected within the Australian sports community.
Sam has previously worked with Essendon FC, QLD Reds and the Gold Coast Suns as a Player Development Manager. Prior to this, Sam was a Business Development Role, primarily working with and scaling SportTech startups and supporting an ecosystem of early stage ventures.

Jesse Joyce
Sport Development Coordinator
A familiar face to our team, Jesse joins RDK Sports International with a range of experience across the school sporting system and the professional sport landscape in Australia. Prior to his role with RDK Sports International, Jesse worked in High School Sport Development and Administration, building the first Australian Rules Football program at St Hilda's School which saw record participation numbers and team success across each age group.
Before his journey into Sports Administration commenced, Jesse was a professional football player with the Gold Coast Suns for five years from 2016 until 2022.
As a Gold Coast junior, Jesse found great joy in giving back to the community, regularly volunteering with the Gold Coast Suns Academy and recently took on a position as a Development Coach supporting the under 18's team.
Jesse has been a long-time member of the RDK Sports International family, being a client of past athlete management company and regularly engaging in our professional development programs and tours.
